Viswanathan has extensive exposure to controllership, financial services and BPO services at Sterlite Industries and the Allsec group. He was earlier Chief of Quality at Allsec Technologies, one of India’s leading BPOs. Viswanathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Vikram Sud, Investor Nominee Director
Mr. Vikram Sud is the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Kotak Mahindra Group. Prior to joining Kotak, Vikram has held various senior positions in his 20 year international career with Citigroup. He was Operations & Technology Head for Citibank India Subcontinent, Global Operations & Technology Head for Citibank’s trade finance business and finally Managing Director and Transaction Banking Head for Citigroup’s US middle market and SME business based out of New York. Vikram is an alumnus of the senior management executive program of the University of Virginia and has a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
TV Raghunath, Investor Nominee Director
Mr. TV Raghunath is Executive Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, as also looks after the Group Strategy for Kotak Mahindra Group. Prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Group in 1998, he had been a Partner with S.B. Billimoria & Co. which represents Deloitte in India. During his career as an investment banker, he has advised, amongst numerous clients, Wal-Mart on its India entry strategy, Standard & Poor’s on its CRISIL acquisition and Bombay Stock Exchange on its demutualization. He brings to bear a multi-disciplinary background, being an Engineer (IIT, Madras), a Chartered Accountant and an MBA (IIM, Bangalore).

Jayasree has overseen service delivery assignments for many of India’s top-tier FMCG and retailing companies as a partner in large audit firm. She is a Chartered Accountant and is also a qualified Cost Accountant
P. Sankararaman, Chief Finance Officer
Sankar is responsible for the finance and administration functions at Matrix. He is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting, audit & finance as a partner in a leading accounting firm.
Harini Harikrishna, General Manager (Audit & Assurance)
Harini is Chartered Accountant with extensive hands-on experience in handling verification and audit assignments for clients in the retailing / consumer marketing space. Front-end supply chain related risk management is her area of expertise. Harini is also a qualified cost accountant and has acquired diplomas in Information Systems Audit and Insurance & Risk Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
T.N. Gayathri, General Manager (Background Checks)
Gayathri is a qualified cost accountant and company secretary. She has over 12 years of experience with the RPG group. Prior to joining Matrix, Gayathri has handled several challenging assignments in her role as the head of the commercial function in the retailing business of the RPG group.
G. Mukund, Service Delivery Head
Mukund is in charge of Matrix operations at Hyderabad. He is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of accounting, audit and verification experience. Mukund’s experience includes stints with Sharp & Tannan and ITW Signode.
