With both Chartered and Cost Accountancy qualifications under her belt, Jayasree is part of the founding team at Matrix. Leading operations and service delivery at Matrix, she is also responsible for all customer engagement. An astute team builder and nurturer, Jayasree mentors teams and builds process efficiencies.
When not at work, Jayasree enjoys music and reading. She volunteers for social causes and loves travelling with family.
A founder member of Matrix and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Bala focusses on driving growth initiatives and business development. Bala also manages the network of associates and drives visibility for the company. An Institution builder, he works towards an organizational culture that is a happy mix of formal and informal and strongly believes in empowering people with authority.
An avid film, books and cricket lover, also an ardent admirer of Brand Rajinikanth, Bala is an author with several books – both fiction and non-fiction – to his credit, the notable one being the national bestseller Rajini’s Punchtantra, a business and life management book. He is also a speaker at various forums and corporate events.
Raghunandana is the brain behind UDS, one of India’s largest integrated facilities management and business support services company. More than 30 years old, UDS is a pioneer in the facilities management space in India. With the acquisition of Matrix by UDS in April 2019, Matrix benefits from UDS national network.
When at leisure, Raghunandan enjoys dabbling in the garden or cooking for his family.
Madhavan is a result oriented senior leader with 38 years of industry experience in India & Canada. His accomplished work stints include outstanding leadership assignments in UDS, RR Donnelley and Bharat Petroleum. He is the Chief Executive Officer at UDS Foundation.

V.M. Muralidharan started his career with one of India’s biggest IT giants – Wipro, where he rose to the position of General Manager. He was later the Director & President of Precision Techserve. Since 2010, he has been the Chief Operating Officer of Bahwan CyberTek Group, a global software products and solutions group.
He is also the Chairman of Alert NGO, a member of The Chennai Angels, a Charter Member at TiE Chennai, Executive Committee Member at Southern Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Panel Member on the Education Panel, TNSC at FICCI, and Charter Member on the Concordia India Advisory Board of Concordia College (New York).
Sangeeta Sumesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. She has completed the course on ‘Maximising your Leadership Potential – India’ conducted by Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts.
Further, the International Coach Federation has conferred the designation of ‘Professional Certified Coach’ on her.
