Matrix has appointed Ms. Jayasree Srinivasan as the Chief Privacy Officer/Grievance Officer. She can be reached at grievance.officer@matrixbsindia.com. If there is a breach/incident found related to data privacy, an email can be shared to the Chief Privacy Officer/Grievance Officer in the above set email id. The timeline to attend to resolving minor incidents (incidents which do not cause no/very negligible damage) would be next 24 hours.
